So, we decided to jump into our own little experiment.
We asked three Python developers applying for the job and one smart СhatGPT 3.5 questions from the technical interview. Our tech lead and HR director then guessed which answers were from the AI.

In most cases, it was pretty obvious for us. But for some questions, it wasn’t so easy, not because GPT was so "human", but because of a human, who was answering like a robot :)

As an experienced recruiter in the past, I always recommend to add additional facts and info during the interview. Probably one day GPT could answer as a human, but this day is not today!

It's an intriguing experience to compete with the superbrain. My answers will be easily distinguished because I tried to keep an informal tone of voice and even added a little joke!

AI in its current form is a useful technology and we need to continue to study and develop this area. I think some of my answers are not very detailed and they can be confused with a robot. Some questions were not very clearly posed, so the answers would be more detailed, and these questions are interesting!
